Obituary of Thomas W. Perry

SOUTH COLTON—Graveside services for 73 year old Thomas W. Perry, a resident of 4381 State Highway 56, South Colton, will be held at a later date in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Hopkinton. Mr. Perry passed away on March 30, 2017 at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Thomas is survived by his wife, Jean Ramsey Perry, his twin sons, Tim and Thomas Jr and Wendy Burch, all of Syracuse; 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a sister Donna Perry, Watertown. Born in Potsdam, NY on July 21, 1943 to the late Armond and Ellen Rosenbarker Perry, Thomas worked for the City of Syracuse as an equipment operator and also worked at Syracuse University as a cook. After his retirement, Thomas moved to South Colton, a place that he loved. He was a member of the Norwood American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. He served in the U.S. Army from 1960-1963 and re-enlisted until 1965.
