KNAPPS STATION—Graveside services for 58 year old Robin A. "Tinker" Garrow, a resident of 454 County Rt. 48, Norwood, will be held in the spring in Riverside Cemetery, Norwood. Mr. Garrow passed away early Wednesday morning at his home with his family at his side. Robin is survived by his wife Joyce, Norwood; three sons, Robin, Andrew and Matthew Garrow, all of Norwood; a daughter, Tiffany Sibbitts, Canton; two grandchildren, Chandler and Ranada Garrow; his five brothers, Maynard Roy Garrow, Norwood; Harold Loomis, Norwood; Jeffrey Garrow, Clyde, NY; Lynn Garrow, Waterloo, NY; Randy Garrow, Black River; a sister, Marsha Trimm, Herman as well as several nieces and nephews.
Born in Potsdam, NY on March 4, 1958 to the late Maynard and Ruth Loomis Garrow, Robin married Joyce Phillips on September 15, 1981. He worked for the DPW in Norwood for several years and enjoyed being in the outdoors and working on vehicles. Memories and condolences may be shared online at www.buckfuneralhome.com .
